The Gridster Cowl is knit in a simple 4-row slip stitch pattern that is easy to memorize. The cowl is knit flat and seamed in the back to create an effortless warm hug around your neck. The thick border edge keeps the cowl neat and tidy. Choose two sport or fingering weight yarns with high contrast for the best result. (1 skein of each color)

Gauge: 30 sts / 48 rows = 4” (10cm) in pattern, unblocked.
Needle size: US 7 / 4.5mm Straight or Circular
Yardage: (Color A): 280 yards/85g; (Color B): 190 yards/50g
Measurements: Wingspan:  27” / 68.5cm
Center Depth: 20” / 51cm
Measurements taken after a light blocking and before seaming.
